Alyssa Charlesworth is a creative problem solver and collaborator who thrives on turning ideas into impactful realities. A 2023 graduate of the University of Louisville in Lighting Design, she was nominated for a Louisville Broadway World 2024 Award for her work on Honk! at ACT Louisville Productions. Passionate about connection and lifelong learning, Alyssa strives to inspire and drive positive change in everything she does. Fun fact: While studying abroad, Alyssa tracked her lost passport (and iPad) across a city using Apple’s Find My app—and still made it back to class on time!

Sam Hall lives for art, music, and community—both at work and as the driving force behind the band LUCYTHEDOG. As an Operations Coordinator, he brings creativity and dedication to keeping things running smoothly. His proudest achievement is playing music with his friends and showcasing the incredible talent within his community. When he’s not organizing the chaos, Sam takes the scenic route—literally. He avoids highways at all costs, which is why he’s fashionably late most of the time.

Deke is the advocate and promoter of Studio1A, creating safe spaces for local artists to showcase their talents and fostering welcoming environments for self-expression through music. His proudest achievements include helping establish Studio1A, cultivating its community network, and releasing his debut album with Peter "Bop" Payiatis in May 2023. Deke is dedicated to transforming turmoil into power through music and inspiring personal reflection with thought-provoking art. His journey, which started with a love for poetry, has led to significant growth as a writer and artist. Fun fact: Deke has an intense fear of sharks.
