At the beginning of studying abroad I was raped, and I coped in some unhealthy ways that made me reflect to an earlier artwork, “of Choice”. This piece was made to have interactive elements with some narrative construction. Using fairy string lights to connect a scrapbook reflecting on my life studying abroad with a variety of objects this piece was made to self-acknowledge my experiences before returning home.
